When you submit the estimate form on this site, we collect the contact and project details you provide: name, phone number, email address (optional), city, project address (optional), service type, timeline, and project description.

Submitted information is used to review the requested painting scope, contact you about the request, and, when a suitable local provider is available, share the request for potential follow-up. It is not sold as a marketing list or displayed publicly.

Standard server logs or analytics tooling may also record basic technical visit data such as page views, browser type, referral source, and device information.

Data handling

• Form submissions are stored in site infrastructure used for lead handling.
• Submitting the form authorizes project and contact details to be shared with a suitable provider for the requested service when available.
• Spam-prevention and rate-limiting checks inspect request metadata to protect the form from abuse.
• Please only submit real estimate requests.
